Photos and Media

PicOrg accesses your device's photo library to provide its core functionality — organizing and classifying photos into albums. On iOS, photos are physically copied to system albums. On Android, classification information is recorded locally.

• Photos are processed entirely on your device.
• We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos on any server.

Device Information

We collect limited device information solely for displaying advertisements:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
• Device type and operating system version

App Preferences

We store your app settings (theme, language, classification preferences) locally on your device using standard platform storage (UserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android). This data never leaves your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Photo Classification: To organize your photos into albums based on your actions within the app.
• Advertisements: To display relevant ads through Google AdMob.
• App Functionality: To remember your preferences and provide a personalized experience.

3. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized ads. This includes:

• Device advertising identifier
• General location data (IP-based)
• App usage data for ad relevance

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You can change this permission at any time in your device Settings.

• All photo processing and classification data is stored locally on your device.
• We do not operate any servers or cloud storage for user data.
• App preferences are stored using platform-standard secure storage.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Advertising data shared with Google AdMob as described above.
• When required by law or legal process.

6. Children's Privacy

PicOrg is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and manage all your data directly on your device.
• Delete the app and all associated local data at any time.
• Opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
• Revoke photo library access through your device settings.
